Interview of the month_Kévin

Hi Kévin, please could you introduce yourself in a few words?

Hello! I am 25 years old and from Sarthe in France. I originally came to Nantes (where Lengow’s headquarters are) for my studies and have been living here for 5 years now.

Tell us about your professional background

I stopped my studies early after being hired by a Web agency where I was doing an internship. I then was self-employed for a year before joining Lengow, where I have been working for about 2 years now.

What made you want to join Lengow?

I found the start-up spirit and young atmosphere very appealing. I had already worked in some small companies, but really wanted to contribute to one that was still growing. It is really rewarding to see a company develop and it motivates work hard to aid its growth.

Tell us about your job at Lengow

After having previously worked as a Customer Support Officer, I am now a developer and responsible for connecting clients to the solution. Feed management, formatting file, etc is not necessarily straight forward for everyone. I am in charge of validating client’s feeds so that they can make the most of the solution. Some feeds cannot always be developed in house and so I am needed to optimise them.

What conclusion do you draw about the Lengow experience since your arrival?

A positive one! I have worked with some great people and had the opportunity to evolve my skills. I have learnt a lot, but there is still a lot to learn!

What advice would you give to merchants who has recently started using the solution?

Through using the solution you learn. The solution is very powerful and intuitive and despite being user friendly, it can seem daunting at first. However, do not forget that behind the solution there is a responsive support team that is on hand to help you if needed!

Any closing words?

2015, a big year for Lengow? 🙂
