Only a few days left before the 6th Lengow Day! For 2018, take a trip for a day through the different stages of the customer life cycle. Not registered yet? 5 reasons you will want to participate!
Each year, the European e-commerce ecosystem meets in Paris for Lengow Day. With at least 400 top European online and offline e-commerce managers present on the day, this event is an opportunity to meet people and exchange ideas with your peers.
Find inspiration in the stories and tips from our speakers. This year we have the pleasure of receiving as a speaker: Annelies Jansen (Facebook), David Schwarz (Carrefour), François Loviton (Google), Taïg Khris (onoff), Laura Pho Duc (Alibaba), Nicolas Le Herissier (Renault Digital), Guillaume Cavaroc (Facebook), Aymeric Moser (Spartoo), Jean-Philippe Desbiolles (IBM), Bernard Lukey (Yandex), Alicia Brocal (Hawkers), Guido Ghedin (Cifnews.com), Tayyab Akhlaq (Public Desire), Andy Liang (GlobaleGrow E-commerce), Kim Bosch (Saba), Ulrich Bartholomaüs (Stylight), etc.
This year, Lengow Day invites participants to (re)discover the different key steps of the customer journey. This will be done through three highlighted themes: “Get to know your future customers”, “Think Better, Act Closer” and “Go Beyond your Achievements”.
Talks, Panels and Face To Face discussions will be offered to participants to learn more about the hidden face of consumers. There will also be the opportunity to discover new innovative methods and technologies to best meet the expectations of current and future customers.
An unmissable e-commerce event, Lengow Day is also the starting point for fruitful meetings between e-retailers, speakers, partners and employees of Lengow.
To enable connection and exchange in this ecosystem, this year we are offering participants a Swapcard mobile application, which will allow you to make an appointment with our 2018 partners!
For 2018, 24 technological solutions, channels and agencies selected by Lengow will be presented to help you develop your business.
This year we are pleased to welcome: JVWEB, AT Internet, MakeMeReach, Facebook, VNC Online, Cdiscount, Wish, Wizaplace, Algolia, Spread, Emarsys, DHL, Eulerian Technologies, Yandex, Nextase, Rakuten, Stylight, Spring Global Delivery Solutions, Webloyalty, ePRICE, Real.de, Dartagnan et AB Tasty. Some of them will also present success stories with Fnac, Chantelle Group, OVH, Starwax and BUT. To learn more, check out our programme: https://lengow.com/lengowday/programme/
Finally, we will also have the pleasure of welcoming the startup Reengage.io, selected by the Editorial Board for this year’s event.
Since Lengow Day is also for Lengow and e-merchants to meet, why not get together with the Lengow teams? In addition to our traditional booth, connect with our teams via Swapcard and attend our workshops which are this year devoted to Google Shopping, Google CSS and our plugins/API. And not forgetting our success story that we will have the pleasure of presenting with David Nedzela (Fnac).
