Lengow Day, the first European conference dedicated to cross-border e-commerce, is back on 27th September with the theme “Go Beyond”. What’s the concept? To enable merchants to take their businesses further and help them become key players in the e-commerce sector. How? With a day featuring conferences, workshops and networking opportunities.
Given that the customer is merchants’ main concern, this sixth edition will look carefully at each step of their customer experience.
This year over 400 international players will attend to share their experiences and consider what tomorrow’s commerce will look like. With an original programme run by international e-commerce experts, you can (re)discover all aspects of “The Customer” through a sociological approach covering personas, environments, aspirations and new levers of influence. Discover how AI and new technologies can help you reach these personas. Finally, be inspired by e-commerce players sharing their own experiences. Previously, we have hosted speakers including: Julien-Henri Maurice (BAZARCHIC), Tony Qiu (JD.com), Sean McKee (SCHUH), Ulrich Bartholomaüs (STYLIGHT), JayDeep Jadav (Flipkart), Ben Greenaway (Adidas), etc. Come back soon to see the list of speakers for 27th September 2018.
Workshops will be run by event partners to help merchants take their businesses further. Advice, good practice and success stories will all be shared to give merchants tangible tips to ensure their businesses succeed.
In 2017, we welcomed partners including: Spring, SellScure, eBay, Olapic, Fit Analytics, Spread, Aravati, Mazeberry, Notify, Cdiscount, MS Direct, Ingenico ePayments, Algolia, ADventori, Chronopost, Actito, DHL, AntVoice and Oney. If you would like to partner with Lengow Day 2018, apply to be a partner.
Lengow Day is more than just an event: it is also a wonderful way to seed great e-commerce relationships. The 2018 conference will also include time for merchants, partners, speakers and Lengow team members to network so that everyone present from all areas of the e-commerce sector can connect and discuss.
From the conference to the workshops, the event was very well organized, very inspirational, and a really great networking opportunity.” Elena Bulgheroni – Guess
