A SaaS interface that’s available at all times

Lengow is accessible from wherever you’re working, 24/7! There is no software to install since we’re a SaaS (Software as a Service) interface. So, whether you’re in the office, working from your sofa, or wherever else you can think of, you’ll always have access to your company’s catalogs, feed settings, and orders!

Our solution is available in 6 languages:

English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese.

And our international support team is always on call, whether it’s to help set up your Lengow account, or answer any of your technical questions!

Multi-account access for your employees

Several profiles are available for the different members of your team, each with different access rights.

The ‘owner‘ is the main profile: they’re the legal owner of your company’s account on the platform, managing the access rights of each of your company’s users. There are no access restrictions on an ‘owner’ profile.

Logisticians can access orders for marketplaces that have been assigned to their profile.

User profiles can access orders, edit feed settings and optimizations, and consult distribution statistics.

Finally, Admins can manage the access rights of each user of a Lengow account (except for Owner profiles). They have full control over the marketing channels on which they’re the assigned administrator.

A collaborative product catalog

One of Lengow’s latest features is geared towards helping your team collaborate and, in turn, succeed the distribution of your products!

Additional Sources allows you to combine and consolidate several data sources to create a single product catalog. Let’s say your product service stores product specifications in an Excel file, stock information is coming in from your network of stores, while your marketing team works on a price monitoring file… each team can add their data to the platform, from any data source!

Import all the information that characterizes your products to quickly showcase them on multiple online sales channels.
