The sixth edition of Lengow Day will be held on 27th September, and its participants will have the opportunity to travel through each stage of the customer journey during a day packed with conferences, workshops and networking events. This special international day will provide us the opportunity to together discover the topics addressed, with this year’s central theme being: Go Beyond!
In 2018, Lengow Day encourages merchants to go further in the expansion of their businesses and helps them become key players in global commerce. This year’s Lengow Day looks to persuade market participants to take a day off from their normal routine to participate in a day of discovery, inspiration and action. Over the course of the day, merchants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the different stages of the customer’s life cycle based around three themes: “Get to know your future customers”, “Think Better, Act Closer” and “Go Beyond your Achievements”.
Explained by international ecommerce experts, this first part brings the nerve centre of your activity into perspective: the Customer. What are their consumption habits? In what environment are they moving? What are their aspirations? What does their buying journey look like? Entitled “Get to Know Your Future Customers” this first step invites participants to (re)discover the Customer to implement a strategy that matches their expectations.
While customer knowledge is essential in any acquisition strategy, success in reaching consumers in the right place and at the right time in order to send them the best offer is a different challenge. “Think Better, Act Closer” will be the motto of this second theme which will provide the chance to discover innovative actions cradled by the technologies of tomorrow.
Going beyond, bouncing back, moving on, getting back up… many situations that lots of merchants face on a daily basis. REX, ROI, customer satisfaction, loyalty… in this last section named “Go Beyond Your Achievements” discover how key players in the market have succeeded with winning strategies, innovative technologies and creating added value.
We look forward to seeing you on 27th September in Paris at the Pavillon Gabriel. You can find all the information about Lengow Day 2018 through our site, our blog and our social networks: Twitter (follow the hashtag #LengowDay) and our LinkedIn group.
