Marie-Joséphine Tchokogoué supports our clients on a daily basis in their e-commerce strategy. With her expert eye, she analyzes the key to the success of our clients, Zadig & Voltaire.
1/ What were Zadig & Voltaire’s main objectives?
Their main objective was to regain control over the managing of their feeds and campaigns in the different countries where the brand is operating or wishes to expand.
When Zadig & Voltaire started working with us, they were using an agency. They needed to regain management control, optimize acquisition tools, and later open to new markets.
2/ What answers did Lengow provide?
First and foremost, autonomy. Based in France and in the United States, the teams are very autonomous in the implementation of their various campaigns. Additionally, Lengow provides access to many centralized marketing channels with optimized distribution on channels such as Google Shopping, Facebook/Instagram, Criteo, or Snapchat, for about ten countries.
3/ Any particular feature?
One specific feature that really benefited them was the optimization at the source catalog level. It allows them to model their catalog data without modifying it in their back office (changing values, creating new fields, etc.). This is a great time saver as it also allows them to duplicate these changes across multiple channels.
They also benefited from one of our key features, and probably the most used: Additional Sources. This feature allows Zadig & Voltaire to add to their catalogs data from their Top 100 strategic products, their new categories, or their discounted prices via external files.
4/ Who were you in touch with?
I’m mostly in contact with Allison, Acquisition Manager; Axelle, Traffic Manager; and Alain, E-commerce Director, depending on the situation. We communicate occasionally either for a more operational follow-up on the use of the platform or for a more business-related aspect to cover their expansion projects (new channels, new markets, etc.).
Since both of our offices are in the Paris area, we had planned to meet in person last year, but then the confinement stalled our plans. I hope we can reschedule this someday soon and the sanitary situation will improve. My invitation for an after-work drink on our great rooftop still stands, I can’t wait!
