We caught up with Annabelle Peris, Training & Certification Officer in Lengow’s Customer Success team!
Annabelle, 32 years old, in love with Nantes, a lifelong fan of Friends and Ireland (this is more recent). I got itchy feet after high school and headed straight for the United States. I was lucky enough to live in New York for a year and discover this fantastic city where I was able to meet great people and go out in incredible places. That’s where my unconditional love of American English was born! (You’ll see the famous “whaaat” that punctuates my sentences from time to time.) In short, I can only recommend going there! Back in France, I finished my studies in Nantes, and I discovered our amazing handball team and our equally famous galette-saucisse! True story.
That’s also when I discovered the world of the web by working as an Account Manager for a start-up company that was launching a hotel booking platform. I loved this adventure, and the team I worked with for almost 6 years. Now, here I am at Lengow! It’s almost been 5 years. 🙂
I initially joined Lengow’s Customer Success team in Technical Support. #BestTeamEver.
My role was to assist merchants in solving the problems they might encounter with our platform via phone and Zendesk. After two years in this wonderful team, I joined the Customer Success training team.
Today my role is to support our clients and internal teams in perfecting their knowledge of the Lengow platform. This includes creating and updating articles for our Help Center, training workshops for internal teams (support, sales, etc.), creating onboarding content for the Lengow Academy.
Recently I had the opportunity to pilot the 2020 edition of our Internal Certification. This annual event aims to give all Lengow employees a common knowledge base on the Lengow product. This year was a real success with over 95% participation!
What’s great about this job is that I get to work with everyone! Concretely, my main focus is to know everything about the Lengow platform, so I mainly work with the Support and Product teams to create or update training materials for brands and retailers, as well as internally on our tools such as the Help Center or Lengow Academy. Sometimes I also work with our Marketing team and our graphic designers, especially when creating new training content. 🙂
