Today we’re talking to Andrew Norman, Managing Director at ShipStation International. ShipStation, a multi-channel and multi-carrier order and delivery management platform, unveils its new Lengow connector.
I’m responsible for global expansion within the Stamps family of companies in EMEA and ANZ, overseeing the sales and marketing go to market plans for the ShipStation and ShipEngine products. I have held sales and marketing leadership roles in Europe, North America and Asia over the last 25 years in VC backed, high growth technology companies including Volo and MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec). I began my career at Gartner Group in London working with European technology companies before transferring to Silicon Valley, working with the major US hardware and software vendors.
ShipStation is a multi-channel, multi-carrier order and delivery management platform that synchronises and automates key e-commerce processes.
Shipstation has been operating since 2009 in the American market which is the original market. We are also present in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and since the end of 2020, France, which is only the beginning of our expansion in Europe.
With more than 300 integrations with the major marketplaces, ecommerce platforms and carriers, such as Amazon, eBay, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL, DPD and more, ShipStation allows you to connect all types of merchant shops and deliver to customers both in the UK and abroad.
Shipstation also allows you to personalize each point of contact with customers, and always keep the link: follow-up email, labels, delivery slip, etc.
With dedicated customer support, as well as our UK-based teams, we are always available to our customers to ensure the proper functioning of their ecommerce.
ShipStation is a global player and we are committed to helping merchants in their daily tasks. Being already present in several international markets and with our existing relationships with UK carriers through our membership of the Stamps.com group, the UK was naturally the first country we wanted to approach in Europe.
We aspire to contribute to the success of merchants on what we know and have mastered: the management of orders and their delivery.
Our experience in other markets for more than 10 years now has demonstrated our ability to respond to this problem. Thanks to this expertise, we have built a network of partners with major players in the world of e-commerce such as Lengow, supporting hundreds of thousands of merchants on a daily basis.
Managing orders on a daily basis seamlessly with automation services, and thanks to reduced carrier rates, we allow UK merchants to lighten their workload to focus more on their business.
Our ambition is to remain the leader in this market.
The Lengow connector for Shipstation allows you to centralize all orders from Lengow on the ShipStation platform. The connection is very simple, you just have to link your Lengow account on our platform with your own identifiers which you will find in your Lengow account. Once this connection is established, there is almost nothing more to do, the import of the orders is done automatically and the shipping labels for each of the orders can be generated automatically.
