Hosted by Michelle Beeson (Analyst serving E-Business & Channel Strategy Professionals – Forrester), this keynote will address the importance for brands and distributors to focus their attention on the customer to respond to two developments: consumer behaviour and the technologies they use. The key? Adapt quickly and regularly to these new challenges and demonstrate agility to successfully attract and retain customers.
