To make it even easier for our merchants to manage their product catalogue on Amazon, Lengow is now compatible with two programs offered by the marketplace: Seller Fulfilled Prime and VAT Calculation Service, available directly within our platform via our APIs. Let’s take a look at Amazon’s shipping program, Seller Fulfilled Prime.
Seller Fulfilled Prime allows Amazon sellers to manage the shipment and return of their products directly from their warehouse while taking advantage of Amazon’s customer service. Available for buyers who have subscribed to the Seller Fulfilled Prime program, the service offers multiple benefits to sellers.
First of all, sellers gain visibility on the marketplace with the ‘Prime’ badge displayed on their product pages. Products with this badge have a better chance of winning the “Buy Box”, and are more likely to be ordered thanks to the fast delivery guaranteed by this service.
To make this shopping experience possible, Amazon provides merchants with transportation solutions that enable them to meet the requirements of the Prime service on the marketplace. In order to subscribe to this program, merchants must perform flawlessly and honor their commitments.

Until now, when shipping a product, vendors have had to obtain shipping labels from their courier. Starting from 20th January 2020, sellers will have to obtain these labels directly from their Seller Central account.
To support merchants in this transition, our team have integrated Amazon’s API into the Lengow system. Like this, the label request can be made directly from the Lengow API.
With the help of our API, vendors are now able to:
– know the delivery methods available on an order: carrier, price, delivery time, etc.
– provide information about the package and the selected carrier, and then purchase the delivery label for the selected delivery method.
NB: these actions can be integrated into your ERP systems.
Amazon then provides the shipping label as a URL in ZPL (Zebra Programming Language), a format suitable for printers. Your order status will automatically change to “SHIPPED” once you have purchased your label on Amazon.
Once the API developments are done on your side, the process will be fully automated.
