Zalando, one of Europe’s leading fashion marketplaces, continues to raise the bar with its advanced logistics and fulfillment programs. After the integration of ZFS (Zalando Fulfillment Solutions), Lengow is excited to announce the launch of full support for two key Zalando logistics services, Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS) and Zalando Return Solutions (ZRS), through its Zalando connector. This milestone further strengthens Lengow’s role as a trusted partner for merchants aiming to optimize their operations and grow internationally.
ZSS is designed to simplify cross-border logistics, enabling merchants to ship their orders to a Zalando warehouse. From there, Zalando’s logistics network takes over, handling last-mile delivery directly to the customers. Supported by three strategic injection nodes located in Hamburg, Lahr, and Verona, ZSS has dispatched an impressive 3.6 million shipments across 121 markets for fashion and beauty. This service is particularly advantageous for expanding into multiple European markets, with the support of nine local last-mile carriers ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
ZRS offers a streamlined returns process for partner-fulfilled items, now fully integrated on Lengow. Merchants can leverage both ZRS Pure and ZRS Plus for seamless returns management:
Lengow’s integration with Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS) and Zalando Return Solutions (ZRS) is designed to cater to merchants in the fashion sector, ensuring that they can fully leverage these advanced logistics services. ZSS simplifies shipping by utilizing Zalando’s expansive logistics network, ensuring a seamless experience with nine enabled integrators managing operations at scale.
On the returns side, ZRS ensures reliability and flexibility for merchants through its dual solutions: ZRS Pure and ZRS Plus. With access to 20 return centers and coverage across 14 markets, ZRS provides merchants with the tools to streamline their operations while meeting customer expectations for convenience and sustainability.
This dual integration enables merchants to automate and optimize logistics and returns management, ensuring compliance with Zalando’s stringent service standards while expanding their reach to new European markets.
In addition to supporting ZSS and ZRS, Lengow now enables merchants to connect with Zalando in all of its covered countries.
