1/ Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do at Lengow?
I’m the Human Resources Manager for the Paris office.
I have various missions—I accompany Lengow’s growth by finding new talent to join our sales, marketing and communication teams. I help our new employees integrate in the company through our onboarding process. I also take care of certain tasks related to personnel administration and participate in transversal projects at Lengow. Our role is to develop and advise managers and employees throughout their career at Lengow!
2/ What got you into Human Resources?
Human resources is a strategic role within a company, helping to improve performance through different levers. It’s a transversal role, with a 360° vision of the business.
Naturally, in my third year of business school, I turned to this job, which allows me to combine the business side and the human aspect of my studies. I’ve always liked the relational aspect, advising, listening and exchanging, so it’s a perfect combination!
3/ Why did you join Lengow?
After three years spent in South Africa as a recruitment consultant, I decided to come back to France to strengthen my recruitment skills and especially to develop more general HR aspects. Lengow seemed like the right choice, I immediately knew that it was an innovative, dynamic and caring company.
4/ What is your biggest challenge in 2021?
Finding new talents! The Lengow family is growing quickly and my challenge will be to attract the best candidates and ensure their success in order to develop the business and accelerate our international presence.
5/ What do you think is Lengow’s advantage from an HR point of view?
Kindness and transparency. We evolve in a caring environment allowing everyone to develop while remaining themselves. Managers and directors are accessible and always available for exchange. There is real team cohesion and we strive to keep this state of mind.
